The Forgetful Saintess Unintentionally Unleashes Her Power is a fantasy comedy-romance about a girl whom the church has declared a saint, even though she herself constantly forgets that she can perform miracles at all. She can heal mortal wounds, cleanse curses, and calm monsters with a single touch, but she does so casually, as if she's dusting shelves or adjusting a curtain. As a result, chaos reigns in the temple: pilgrims whisper legends, priests debate omens, and the heroine herself is merely trying to remember where she put her keys and why everyone keeps staring at her. She is assigned to accompany a knightly detachment to protect the relic, and it is there that her power begins to manifest in particularly strange ways—sometimes far too powerfully and at entirely the wrong moment, provoking either awe or panicked attempts to cover up what just happened. The series gently shows how kindness can outweigh pretense, and how true sanctity can look like ordinary care. Meanwhile, a romantic subplot develops between her and a stern commander who doesn't believe in miracles until he watches this forgetful girl save people without ever considering it a heroic deed. This is a lighthearted and cozy anime about magic, support, and the quiet conviction that even scatterbrained behavior can't stop someone from changing the world for the better.
